The operation team is composed by 42 skilled workers; nearly more than 80% of them are youth, so the team acts as energetic, numerical control and multifunctional; they are hard-working, progressive and innovational. They accumulate the experiences from the daily work on processing the new product specimen and large specimen certificated from Institute of Research of Iron & Steel, Sha-steel and Chief Engineer Office, and figure out an efficient routine for processing consequently as well, so that they can overcome and complete the shock task time by time and systematically.
