This ultrasonic defect detector HP-B2/L2-TR was made by NDT Company in Germany; it’s equipped with 100 sets probes, 300 detective channels, adopted the DSG profile by the probe assistance and the electronics calibration method of the plate bottom echo automatic calibrate sensitivity, furthermore, use the templates which were machined in different depths and flat-bottom hole diameters to make dynamic checkout. In the software database, it saved total 9 Standards as EURO, Germany and American standards, by the automatic assessment system to verify the results, so as to meet the requirements of the sensitivity and quality grade classification by different standards.
